Team Competition
We’re taking an exciting step forward this year at the Glow Run, Team Competitions!!! This year you can step up your game and compete as a team.
Do you have a group of people who like to run or walk together, maybe for a family member, friend, or co-worker battling cancer, someone who’s inspired you, why not show them how much they’ve impacted your life by running in their honor. We will track the top three teams in participants registered and donations raised and report them on our social media outlets. So sign up today, encourage your family and friends to join you on race day, even if they can’t physically participate, they can donate to your team through the webpage.
Why not put some added meaning behind each mile you run, who will you run for???
It’s three easy steps….
1. Click on the appropriate event your participating in under Event Selection, register yourself and enter your Team name on the first page. Complete your registration so that your Team name is then set up, your Team name will appear on your receipt.
2. Next, invite family and friends to join you through email and Social Media, even if they’re not running they can support your team by making a donation. Make sure to tell your story why, why your running and include the Team Name so they register or donate to the correct Team.
3. Then keep an eye on our Social Media sites for updates so you can see where your Team ranks.

*Race t-shirts are available in adult sizes (S-M-L-XL-2XL($2 additional)), and in kids sizes (youth S-M) . The shirt tends to run small. Requested size is only guaranteed if registered prior to September 1.

The Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness, Health and Sports is pleased to endorse the 7th Annual CHSCF Race in These Shoes. Participants are eligible to enter the 2019 lottery for the Mackinac Bridge Labor Day Run.
