Work that matters. Days that are full. Impact that lasts.
Our goal at Base2Summit is to support young adults impacted by cancer through connection, adventure, and wellness. Our staff and volunteers are at the heart of everything we do — showing up with compassion, flexibility, and a willingness to meet people where they are.
Being part of Base2Summit requires commitment, emotional presence, and the ability to work as part of a team in dynamic environments. While the work can be demanding, it is also deeply meaningful — and the relationships built often last far beyond the program itself.
