CHSCF Glow Run

The CHSCF Glow Run 5k and 1 mile Walk in the Park is normally scheduled on the third Saturday of September beginning at Jimmy John’s Field in downtown Utica. Our Glow Run has celebrated 10 years of family friendly entertainment with more than 400 participants and growing each year!

Your sponsorship’s financial contribution helps to provide adolescent and young adult (AYA) programming aimed to guide and support them during their cancer journey.

Sponsor Levels

Glowing Sponsor ($2,500)
Sponsor a glow tent along the race route. There are 10 sponsorships at this level.

  • A large banner with your logo will be prominently displayed in a glow tent on the course.
  • Your logo will be on the back of our event t-shirt.
  • Your logo will be on our main sponsor banner displayed in the registration area.
  • Your business will be part of our social media campaign for the event. Our Facebook and Instagram channels have over 4,500 followers.
  • Your sponsorship includes six (6) complimentary entries to the event.
  • You have the option to set up a display table to promote your business. You may provide CHSCF with a flier and/or promotional item to be given out at package pickup. Suggested amount 500 pieces.

Bedazzled Sponsor ($1,000)

  • Your logo will be on our main sponsor banner displayed in the registration area.
  • Your business will be part of our social media campaign for the event. Our Facebook and Instagram channels have over 4,500 followers.
  • Your sponsorship includes four (4) complimentary entries to the event.
  • You have the option to set up a display table to promote your business. You may provide CHSCF with a flier and/or promotional item to be given out at package pickup. Suggested amount 500 pieces.

Neon Sponsor ($500)

  • Your logo will be on our main sponsor banner displayed in the registration area.
  • Your business will be part of our social media campaign for the event. Our Facebook and Instagram channels have over 4,500 followers.
  • You have the option to set up a display table to promote your business. You may provide CHSCF with a flier and/or promotional item to be given out at package pickup. Suggested amount 500 pieces.

Glow Friend ($100)

  • You have the option to set up a display table to promote your business. You may provide CHSCF with a flier and/or promotional item to be given out at package pickup. Suggested amount 500 pieces.
